Our batches are curated to deliver a customized experience for your child in different scenarios. Once a slot is booked, we are unable to offer that slot to anyone else.

Refunds, Cancellation, and Rescheduling

 

•  No refunds will be made once the program commences

​

•  In the case of any emergency resulting in the cancellation of the class, we will arrange a different batch to complete the class.

​

•  Refund requests will only be considered 7 days prior to the batch. In which case the refund will be generated in 7 days.

​

•   In case of rescheduling of the batch, the parents will be duly informed.

​

•  If children are unable to attend the rescheduled batch

 

        a) We will try and accommodate him into a batch of his convenience.

        b) If no rescheduled dates are convenient, then the money will be refunded in 7 days.
